  1. In a small pot or saucepan, whisk the honey and chili flakes over medium for ~1 minute, until it begins to bubble. Transfer to a small jar and let cool.
  2. Grease a nonstick pan and break apart the frozen Halloumi Fries (no need to defrost).
  3. Place the fries on the pan over medium heat, searing for ~25-30 seconds on each side until golden brown. Transfer the fries to a plate. On the same pan, warm the small tortillas for ~1 minute.
  4. Assemble tacos: tortilla, three halloumi fries, a drizzle of hot honey. Enjoy!
