Halloumi Cheese Fries

Cheese Fries
Pasteurized milk, Modified milk ingredients, Pasteurized cream, Salt, Bacterial culture, Calcium chloride, Microbial enzyme, Spices, Potassium sorbate.
Cooking Methods
Pan Fry – In a non-stick skillet set to medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp of Canola oil and heat until it shimmers. Cook on all sides for roughly 20 seconds per side, until it starts to blister.
Deep Fry – Set Canola oil to 185oC. Then (using tongs) carefully drop the Cheese Fries in the hot oil. Cook while agitating slightly, to keep them separated, for about 45 seconds. Once done, remove the Cheese Fries and the excess oil.
BBQ – Set temperature to 200oC, spray with pam and add the Cheese Fries (using tongs). Rotate them about 20 seconds per side until they start to blister.
Air Fry – Set fryer to 200oC (highest temp) with high fan. Place Cheese Fries on mesh tray and cook for 4 minutes, then flipped and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
Pair them with your favourite dips!
Chipotle Aioli
- 200 ml Mayonnaise
- 50 ml Chipotle peppers, in sauce
- 1 Garlic clove
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 25 ml Honey
Spicy Yogurt Sauce
- 100 ml Greek yogurt
- 100 ml Sour cream
- 25 ml Chopped dill
- 10 ml Smoked paprika
- 25 ml Hot sauce
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- Pinch Salt
