Watermelon Halloumi Rolls

To be enjoyed on a terrace, by the pool, at a picnic, you name it! These watermelon rolls stuffed with Halloumi Cheese Fries are the perfect combo of salty and sweet. A perfect summer recipe!

  1. Preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat. Scrape and oil the grill.
  2. Once the BBQ is hot, grill the Halloumi Cheese Fries on each side until nice grill marks appear.
  3. Using a wide peeler, cut thin slices of watermelon.
  4. Arrange a slice of watermelon on a plate. Add one Halloumi cheese fry, 2-3 basil leaves. and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Repeat for all Halloumi Cheese Fries.
  5. Serve the rolls garnished with chopped basil leaves and another generous drizzle of balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
