Ricotta and Spiced Honey Breakfast Bowl

Ricotta di Campagna
A mild and creamy taste with pleasant, soft, fluffy curds that melt in your mouth. Ricotta di campagna is made with an added touch of rich cream. It lends itself to a variety of culinary uses.
Ingredients
- 360 mL (1½ cups) Saputo Ricotta di Campagna
- 1 peeled banana, sliced widthwise
- 1 blood orange
- Seeds of 1 passion fruit
- A few pomegranate seeds
- 80 mL (1/3 cup) honey
- 5 mL (1 tsp) fresh nutmeg, grated
- 10 mL (2 tsp) ground cinnamon
- 2 mL (1/2 tsp) ground cardamom
- 250 mL (1 cup) homemade or store-bought granola
Directions
- Warm the honey in a small saucepan on low heat. Add the nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom. Mix thoroughly. Remove from heat and let cool. Set aside.
- Fill the breakfast bowls. Start with a layer of Ricotta, then add the fruit, passion fruit seeds and pomegranate seeds. Top with a generous handful of granola. Drizzle with the spiced honey.
