Grilled Sweet and Spicy Flatbreads with Saputo Bocconcini

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 - 5 Calabrian chili peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 pieces naan
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 1/4 red onion, thinkly sliced
  • 1 container Saputo Cocktail Bocconcini
  • 4 tbsphoney
  • 1 tbspred pepper flakes
  • Fresh basil

Directions

  1. Place garlic and Calabrian chilies on a cutting board and chop into a thick paste.
  2. Combine garlic and chilies with olive oil.
  3. Brush garlic chili oil over the naan bread.
  4. Tear prosciutto into small pieces and scatter over naan followed by red onion and Saputo Cocktail Bocconcini.
  5. Grill flatbreads at 400F for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted
  6. Drizzle flatbreads with honey. Finish by sprinkling over red pepper flakes and fresh basil.
  7. Cut into slices using a pizza cutter and enjoy!
