Bocconcini Caprese Caesar Cocktail

Cocktail Bocconcini
These 10.5 g morsels are soft, milky and mild and ready-to-use in your favourite cocktails and finger food.
Ingredients
Caprese Skewers
- 12 balls Saputo cocktail Bocconcini cheese
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 12 cherry or grape tomatoes
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Other option for skewer
- 12 balls of Saputo cocktail Bocconcini cheese
- 12 cherry or grape tomatoes
- 15 French pickles (Cornichons)
For the Drinks
- Ice cubes
- Lemon wedges
- Celery salt
- 16 oz Walter Classic Spice Caesar Mix
- Walter Caesar Rim
- 8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Caprese Skewers
- On 4 six inch skewers, thread 3 Bocconcini, 3 basil leaves, and 3 cherry tomatoes, repeating until skewer is full. Make one skewer per drink.
- Put skewers on a plate and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice.
For Each Drink
- Rim the glass with a lemon wedge and Walter Craft Caesar Rim
- Put celery salt on a saucer, and rotate the rim of the glass in the celery salt
- Add ice cubes to glass
- Add 4 oz Walter Classic Spice Caesar Mix, 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp hot sauce, 1/4 tsp oregano, and salt and pepper.
- Stir and garnish with Caprese Skewers
