Garlic Stromboli

Italiano 4 Formaggi Shredded Cheese
The master blend. This perfectly balanced combination of Pizza Mozzarella, Provolone, Gouda and Parmesan cheese has a creamy, and rich taste. Try it in place of classic Mozzarella cheese for a uniquely delicious baked dish.
Ingredients
- 450 g (1lb) classic pizza dough
- 250 mL (1 cup) tomato marinara sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 15 slices Genoa salami
- 250 mL (1 cup) Saputo Italiano 4 Formaggi Shredded Cheese
- 5 mL (1 tsp.) dried oregano
- 1 egg, whisked
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Roll out pizza dough into a large 30-cm (12-inch) square.
- Spread a few spoonfuls of the tomato sauce onto the dough. Sprinkle the garlic over top, place salami in a row, and top with ¾ of the Saputo Italiano 4 Formaggi shredded cheese and all the oregano.
- Roll the dough into a tight log, brush with the whisked egg and top with the remaining cheese.
- Place the log onto the baking sheet.
- Bake in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes.
- Let rest for 15 minutes, then slice into several pieces.
- Serve with the remaining marinara sauce.
