Stuffed Mozzarella Fresca


  • 190 g (1 pouch) Saputo Mozzarella Fresca cheese, cut in half horizontally
  • 1 Fresh tomato, sliced
  • 1 Cup fresh arugula
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • Fleur de sel, fresh ground pepper to taste
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, to taste


  1. Drizzle with olive oil the inferior part of the Mozzarella Fresca cheese and add tomato slices
  2. Season with fleur de sel and pepper
  3. Top with the avocado slices and the arugula
  4. Cover with the superior part of the Mozzarella Fresca
  5. Add some more fleur de sel and pepper, drizzle with olive oil
