Stuffed Mozzarella Fresca
Ingredients
- 190 g (1 pouch) Saputo Mozzarella Fresca cheese, cut in half horizontally
- 1 Fresh tomato, sliced
- 1 Cup fresh arugula
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- Fleur de sel, fresh ground pepper to taste
- Extra-virgin olive oil, to taste
Directions
- Drizzle with olive oil the inferior part of the Mozzarella Fresca cheese and add tomato slices
- Season with fleur de sel and pepper
- Top with the avocado slices and the arugula
- Cover with the superior part of the Mozzarella Fresca
- Add some more fleur de sel and pepper, drizzle with olive oil
