Renowned for its delicate milky flavour, and its smooth, velvety and firm texture, Tuma resembles Ricotta. Originally made from sheep's milk in Sicily and Sardinia, this type of cheese is now often made from cow's milk.  Tuma can be enjoyed either hot or cold and is an ideal cheese for spreads, dips or baked dishes.
