Gouda has a firm, compact and slightly elastic texture with a sweet and fruity flavour.
Havarti is made from cow`s milk. This cheese is pale yellow in colour and has a sweet, buttery slightly acidulous taste. It is available in the following varieties: regular, light or with jalapeno peppers.

Provolone is a pasta filata type of cheese. Its flavour becomes stronger and tangier with age and it has a soft, creamy and stretchy texture.
Swiss cheese is characterized by the round holes found throughout the cheese.
